Tried googling “crit” on a unique list but even 2 items I have with crit effects didn’t show up, so I think the lists are kinda incomplete atm. Just wondering is some people around knew any uniques that lower crit chance in return for something (other than gamblers fallacy and the head that combos with it)

Here is a list of all unique/set items currently in the game.
The only things that come close to your description would be:
“Ring Of The Third Eye”, which gies -30% Critical Strike Multiplier
“Wing Guards”, which disables your ability to crit at all.

Maybe also Gambler’s Fallacy, which permanently changes between buffing and nerfing crit chance.
