As title says, the timelock nodes in Anomaly still effect bosses in the exact same way it used to (other than those already immune to stun, freeze etc…), even though the tooltip changed.
This allows you to do all the t4 dungeon bosses without needing to deal with anything, as long as you have enough cdr on your gear. With 2 t6’s, 2 rings, and helmet, alongside cdr in anomaly, I could do soulfire and sanctum bosses without dealing with any damage.
