The expected behaviour of Anomaly is, that I can let vanish enemies for 5 seconds. Very often this doesn’t work and enemies seem to be immune to Anomaly. It’s noticable when you cast it into a group of enemies and all but 2 disappear, although these 2 were right in the center and should be affected.
Same for the Timelock effect on return. It doesn’t work in all cases. Sometimes enemies get not stunned while all others around them do.
It feels like there is kind of a “chance” involved. Especially with big enemies like the Nagasa Matriarchs and Siege Golems or The Shade Of Orobyss it feels like it’s only 50:50. I know that bosses should not be affected by the timelock effect (but they do sometimes because it’s also bugged in this direction), but the initial effect of sending enemies away should work on all enemies.
From my memory this was working pre 0.8.3.
