You can easily get animation locked if you press Ice Barriage than Lightning Blast. Even when you release your Lightning Blast key you are locked in place using Lighting Blast till you run out of mana. You cannot move out of that animation; using your mouse just spins your character but doesn’t allow you to break the animation.
