Hello if i use the Portal from The Shattered Valley in the Ruined Era into the Ancient Forest my game get closed. Do you have an idea what cause this bug.

Do you mean the game crashed when you tried to load a new map via a portal?
Remember LE is in beta & unoptimised so crashes do happen but there is usually a way to prevent them from happening too often.
Please can you include your system information (dxdiag on Windows)) and the player.logs & le_graphicsmanager.ini found in DRIVE:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
This should help in trying to find and resolve the problem.
Its fixed after i updated my driver with gforce experience.

Note: I see you are running in Ultra mode - this should be ok @60fps on 1080p with your 2080Super, but be aware that LE has performance related issues and Ultra mode does tend to cause a lot of these - your monitors dont support running higher resolutions/refresh rates so you should be fine, but if the crashing happens again, I would suggest you try dialling back the Ultra settings to High (or less) instead and see if that helps with stability. Ps. its got nothing to do with your hardware, its just the unoptimised state of the game right now.
