I wish I had never wasted $70+ buying D4, that was the biggest disappointment especially with no refunds allowed but along comes Last Epoch and not only is it fun, easy to learn and engaging but well priced.
I am so glad that items and progression are not gated by buying or finding specific items like in POE. I hate the farming and trading in POE but I still played it since closed beta because there was nothing better until now…
I am not worried about the server issues because it can only get better.
thanks again for an awesome, captivating and entertaining game
Very happy with the purchase, experience and would recommend to others

I agree with you and am happy you enjoy the game as someone that also has a ton of fun with it.
For me POE has too much and I started that game way too late for me to even feel like I can catch up. I like D4 but it is lacking in multiple areas for me. D2 is my go to as well as Grim Dawn. So Last Epoch for me hit that middle ground perfectly. It has also improved so much from when I first played it, so it’s nice to see the progress and the passion put into the game.

For what I paid for this, I’m enjoying it mightily. Only issue is the Dual Wielding animation and the fact that you cannot rebind the LMB to move AND attack. But other than those two minor (And they are tiny) niggles, this has been very much fun.

I’m pretty sure u can. Cant remember how to do it of course. But those two little feet icons for the LMB on the skill bar, there’s like two other options you can set it to. Been a while since i looked at it though. Try clicking those or something, unless its bugged or removed. I do remember it being in at least 0.8 version. Also i think it was just a normal attack function and cant bind skills to it.
I’ve tried, it won’t bring up any menu nor will it let me choose a basic attack. Maybe it’s a bug. I’ll verify my Steam install after I do a bit more with my totem-less Shaman.
Okay for sure! Let me know if u do figure it out. I would like to know as well.
That is a known bug for 1.0. It will be fixed soon, hopefully, once they’re done putting out fires.

Okay thats good to know. Cause I do remember being able to change it in past versions of the game.

It is? HUZZAH! I’m also hoping that they can do something (At a later date, bug fixes take priority) about the Dual Wielding animations. Right now, other than the basic attack, they’re all One Hand and Shield swings, no matter the skill. And Mage no longer has the cool levitation swings.

This game is a perfect mixture of PoE and Diablo 4 LOL. Literally a truly amazing game. I haven’t felt this about a game since my old WoW days!
The dual wielding animations has to do with the fact that animations aren’t finished yet. There are still some to be made, which is also why they haven’t even tried tackling the gendered models yet (which will double the work).

I wonder if they even are going to tackle multi gender class. I know this has been a topic for a long time and it just takes a lot of resources. But I do think they might be able to make it happen at least how D3 handles it.
The only issue with 2 genders is that it’s twice the work. They still haven’t finished the 5 models available and gendered models just means 5 more models and thus twice the work. I expect it will happen at some point, it’s just not a priority when the base 5 models aren’t finished yet.

Are you trolling?
Also its toxic and fragile as hell to sit there and pull down other things to promote what you like. Just list things you like. Its not hard to be a grown up.

Yeah that makes complete sense. Maybe one day they will be able to add it in the game, either way i don’t mind personally. A lot of people would like it. I would rather have gear look good/match the image of the gear, animations polished, and gameplay feel good rather than changing my avatar.
Yeah, I love that everyone can play a ‘squirrel’ build if they want to … er, wait, no, it needs an RNG rare drop to make it possible JUST LIKE POE.
Just saying.
I wouldn’t sad way better than either of the other two.
I would say WAY different and that is a great thing for the genre.
They all bring something different to the table anbd all have something that I enjoy
When 2024 wraps up I expect that I will have played plenty of all 3.

Yeah if all these games were the same it would get boring real fast. Plus why play others if they all do the same thing.
