Resolution force change by the game launching.
I have 2 monitors, regardless on which monitor I launch the game, the main monitor res is force changed to 1128x634 as in the screenshot

Can you go to C:\Users[your_username]\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
and see if editting the file: “le_graphicsmanager.ini” to the desired resolution helps? I’m guessing this is the config file for that
