Been playing with the calamity headpiece for a bit and noticed that it always reports that my death source is Calamity, even when I tested doing nothing and getting hit this was the case.

Same. Been encountering this bug when there’s high health mobs and we took time to kill some of them. Some stages I have to repeat a few times due to this silly bug triggering randomly.
