I don’t know if this is intended but it feels like a continuity break (during the same era) so here we are.
After completing the quest “The Oracle’s Aid” you are to return to The Shining Cove for the following quest, “The Desert Waystation”. Alric is still on the beach where he was when you originally land here, and still says the same thing about catching up once his clothes dry off - seeing how he helps us find the sigils in town during The Oracle’s Aid, it stands to reason that his clothes have dried off rendering that dialogue obsolete (in my opinion).
While I did read the post on what to provide here, it’s my first bug report for Last Epoch so feel free to provide input if this could have been clearer / better.
