Allow Tier 5 Affixes to be Crafted with Select Glyphs

Allow T5 affixes to still be selected for crafting, provided that certain glyphs are selected.

Example:

Allowed: Craft on T5 affix with glyph of despair
Not Allowed: Craft on T5 affix with glyph of hope
