This bug had it’s own thread early last year. Hard to believe nearly a year later and it still exists. While playing Sentinel using warpath and rebuke, all skills will stop working. Only way to fix is to exit the zone and reenter or to let you character die. Happened to me while playing this type of sentinel build last year and again while playing a brand new sentinel created today.
