This was all on my Steam Deck.
I had originally created a character, but when i tried to start playing I never progressed past the first loading screen. I quit the game and the character was gone.
I recreated the character with the same name (RainbowAcobrite).
I played for about 2 hours in online mode. The battery was running low so I quit to desktop. I moved over to my PC to continue playing, but when i logged in my character progression was gone. I was back to level 1 and at the beginning of the game again.
