All monoliths unlocked after empowering, even the Stolen Lance etc. even though I haven't chosen those paths

I have just unlocked empowered monoliths and saw that I could teleport to all islands even though I haven’t unlocked all of them yet. The map shows no paths there and the bridges do not work, but I can use the waypoints.
