After talking with guardsman Willem, he disappears, and also all enemies disappear. I can still kill them but I cant see them or their attacks. I tried restarting the game, downloading a new driver and even made a new character and the problem starts again from guardsman Willem.
I have the same issue in the same spot. Specs:

Driver version: 527.56

I found a fix. You just need to uninstall and redownload. I could play after that but I could not log in to my level 10 character so I had to make a new one.
Awesome. Apparently verifying integrity of game files also works. Thanks!
