ALL Cosmetics unusable in online mode

I can Not apply any cosmetic on my online character.
It goes like this:
I open my cosmetic inv with k
I click on helm
I click on a helm i got from the 40$ supporter pack
The cosmetic helm inv closes and nothing has been applied
Repeat on any slot and same thing happens

Ill probably refund my Supporter pack i purchased if i cant get this fixed.
I see that no one else has had this issue.

*** Update 4/21
I logged on today and tried to equip my cosmetics and they all work now. I did reach out to support but i hadn’t gotten a answer as it has only been one day… not sure if they fixed it for me or not.

I can confirm that the same thing is happening with me, very frustrating.
