I log in via Steam. Logged in and played for an hour or two. Then I logged off to eat dinner (exited to desktop). After dinner, I logged back in and it went straight to character creation. I clicked “Back” and it took me to the character select screen. No characters in Seasonal. So, I clicked Legacy because I played each season. All of those are gone too. It’s as if I never played LE at all. Everything gone and I dont know what could have caused this to occur.
I thought maybe there were server issues or something. I checked Twitch and it looks like streamers are playing. I dont see anyone else posting about this issue. Any help is appreciated.
Same thing happened to me as well. I played last night. logged in tonight and I have 0 characters.
Not sure how it got resolved. I exited Steam, went away for about 5 mins. Started Steam back up, logged in. Now they are all back, even Legacy.
If anyone else has this issue, I would recommend restarting Steam and waiting about 5m.
So much for that. I logged into the wrong character, exited to character select and poof, characters are gone again. What a mess!
Yup all my characters are gone as well. Tried restarting and even reinstalling, no luck. It 100% seems to be server side as its online characters, so ill guess ill wait to play more.
I just logged in as well and lost all my characters
Same here. POOF days of scrambling and I’m back to square one.
Okay…so I rolled a new character, played until I reached keeper camp. Found all the stuff in my chest and my faction ranks were the same. Logged back out and everything reappeared.
