Aggro range on ranged enemies feels a bit too big

I’m specifically talking about Ruins of Welryn, where you can get attacked by “Crits distant enemies” void prophets from on top of cliffs, but generally throughout the game I feel with my melee builds I end up pulling another pack every time I go to finish off ranged guys who have aggrod on me. It’s a bit much, especially when I’m leveling a build that’s squishy while leveling but gets tankier geared up, like Rogue. Any chance it could get tightened a little bit?

(The Ruins of Welryn in general are always miserable for me, but I’m not smart enough to ascertain why they feel like a death trap. So it’s entirely possible I’m off base, but something is up with either me or it)
