After update 0.9.1b, I can't waypoint to Keeper's Camp

Hi. After update 0.9.1b, I can’t waypoint to Keeper’s Camp.
My char is 99 lvl. I’m finished a base company.
Screen_1 - All waypoints is locked and The keepers camp.
Screen_2 - Waypoint The Crumbling ruins unlocked in Ruined Era.
Screen_3 - Character 99 lvl
