Like the title, after nearly every monolith mission I go into the portal and am sent to an empty map with my character running in space. Sometimes I can create a town portal and enter it. Other times I cannot. when I go back into the portal 1/10 times I make it back to the juicy loot box, other times I am sent back to the nothing map. This seemed to start happening more often as time goes on.
Yeah, it’s a known bug with several reports here.
