In a similar vein to my endurance thread I wanted to point out how Sanctuary seems vastly inferior:

From a survivability perspective, having 99% crit damage reduction is infinitely better than 99% crit avoidance.

There is armor on top.

Values are too close to each other to warrant 1 & 2
Early in 1.0 it was meta to get the crit avoidance blessing and then cap avoidance with a single affix, but as players “discovered” that the all res blessing provides more value, the meta has shifted to mostly using fortification.
I did check with the ingame guide that both cap out and provide maximum benefit at 100%. So neither has an issue with monster crit bonuses in echoes.
