The unique item Advent of the Erased does not correctly apply its effect of “35% to 15% less Damage over Time taken while you have Haste” when the player gains Haste. This issue occurs regardless of the source of Haste, including Haste granted by Shattered Worlds, abilities, or other items.
I’m encountering the same issue, before haste my character profile shows 19% less damage taken over time, and with haste, it jumps to 24% less damage while wearing the advent of the erased boots with a “32% less damage over time taken while hasted”, same bonuses while hasted while NOT wearing those boots.
Don’t forget that (example) 20% less and another 20% less are not 40% less
20% - 0.2
Single less dmg is 1-0.2=0.8 of original dmg
Two of them (1-0.2) * (1-0.2) = 0.64 of original dmg. Or 36% less
