When a node in the skill tree has some proc and has an underlined skill in the description, pressing Alt for additional information is inconsistent. Some nodes have the detailed description of the triggered skill, some don’t.

Note that the detailed Shadow Daggers tooltip is missing in the second image. Both of the screenshots were taken with Alt pressed.
This issue is present in both 0.8.5 live and 0.9 MP beta.
