Adept Runescribing, the node which increases Runic Invocation’s cooldown recovery speed, has no effect.
This is in offline mode.

Ive been trying to figure this out for days also. Node has no effect no matter the amount of points you put in it.(It’s not visual, Ive timed the ability CD with and without the points added.)

Yes indeed, tested it as well, it’s not working, Really frustrating since I play hydra runemaster and got some skill points to spare for this.
