What: It would be great to have a single button that just vomits the inventory from that tab onto the ground to speed up this process.
Why: Basically I hate cleaning my stash tabs, especially if i neglect them too long. Right now my easiest way to do this is to load up a custom loot filter, manually drag every item to the ground, and only pick up what remains visible. Stuff I picked up 10 or 20 or even 50 levels prior while in campaign or early mono’s sometimes becomes completely obsolete by the time I go to clean my stash.
Why is this good for EHG? Integrating loot filters into the stash tabs or improving search seems like a ton of dev work. Adding a button that just vomits everything feels like it would be less code and easier to do.
This could be one way to do it, however, the easier way to do it would be to allow filters to be highlighted in the stash and even inverted to hide equipment that SHOULD be highlighted by a filter.
No other game does this and it’s really weird that we take the time to create a filter and then don’t allow it work in the stash at all.
Not trying to be a jerk, I’m asking from curiousity. If you have a filter made for what you want and don’t want in the stash, why not run it when you’re picking up stuff in the first place? I get culling your hoarding instinct later but if you’re doing it based on a filter that you already have, I’m puzzled.
I run one filter while leveling in campaigns, I tighten in monos, then tighten in empowered low corruption, etc… I usually end up on my 4th filter by the end.
