Add option to disable input buffering

Hi, with the recent patch adding a fix for “input buffering while holding a movement input in WASD”, my build feels significantly worse to play.

I mainly use a combo of synchronized strike → shadow cascade, and the added buffering sometimes has my character cast a 2nd shadow cascade which I do not intend for. Additionally, being stunned during this combo often has my character cast whatever attack was “queued up”, effectively doubling the stun timer when I need to input a different ability (move away, traversal skill to escape, etc). Both of these things disrupt the flow of gameplay and make me feel less in control of my character.

Please allow us the option to disable this input buffering, WASD or otherwise. Thanks!
