I am one of those players who skips all the dialogue and mostly ignores the story, however, for some reason I always look at the loading screen and read the tooltip even though I have seen them all a hundred times before. I think it would be fun to see images of individual monsters along with a bit of lore or a description of their attacks or some other interesting tidbit. EHG has shown that they have awesome concept art and 3D renders for their monsters so this would be another venue to display that artwork in addition to their forum posts.
