Acuity passive reads: “Arcane Ascendance now has a 2 second cool down”
All it does is reduce the cool down from 9 to 7 secs. When you mouse over the skill it even shows the cool down having gone from 9 to 7 seconds. Is this a bug or is the text wrong? Using latest version on Steam.
