Bug has occurred twice today.
Midway through zone, skill actions only have visual graphic around my hitbox, but do not damage mobs. It looks like fireball explodes on my feet, but no damage even if there is a mob there.
Every skill is impacted. Can’t change weapons and town portal does not work.
The second instance booted me from the game > Notice: Steam Client required - Update account if needed.
Steam was active and logged in the entire time.
Exited the game and restarted via Steam.
