There was not way to assign points to this passive. It was not clickable at all. I did not even knew what it was and what it was called. I found it here Spirit Plague Skill Tree - Last Epoch Skills

I’ve been on my Lich today m8 and I was able to use it. I’ve been following the levelling build on Maxrole.com

It might not be bugged for you, but it sure is still not useable on my side.

There was a patch today (0.9i3) to address this node.

If you havent yet, double check you have updated to latest Last Epoch and then check it :slight_smile:
