Edit: maybe I got a bad streak… on the next gaming session, the skill procced accordingly (but IMO 20% chance to proc 30% movespeed is a bit too little of a benefit… maybe raising the %movespeed or increasing the proc chance would do some good work for fellow ocultists)
As on tittle, it looks like the celerity node is not working as intended.
Even at 4 points, it gives no movespped buff
Also, didn’t notice the soul fragments moving faster either
