Acolyte: Passive skill to compensate for those of us that don't like or want ward

If there is one I missed it, but there doesn’t seem to be any options to somewhat counter-weigh and help those of us that don’t like and/or want ward.

Rather straight forward suggestion. Give us an acolyte tree passive to somewhat compensate for this. Something like this:

  1. 20/40/60/80/100% less ward gain. +1/2/3/4/5% less damage taken from all sources

  2. You can not gain ward. +10% max health (multiplicative).

  3. You can not gain ward. 10% of all damage you take, is taken by each of your minions instead.

  4. You can not gain ward. +X% Endurance and life regeneration.

Just… something for those of us that do not care about or want ward to compensate for that loss. The reason it shouldn’t be too strong is obviously - freeing up a lot of passives for other skills. Still. I think the game and the acolyte class, attempts so strongly to force ward use - that some gain must be have for eliminating it completely.

I haven’t done endgame much yet. So I don’t actually know how it is there. Do ward feel mandatory or optional?

IMO, what you want already exists in the form of passives that add Vitality, Health, and Health Regen. I have never felt forced to use Ward on any Acolyte and it is absolutely not mandatory.
