When using reaper form from the lich acolyte subclass and running while reaper form expires your character is stuck in a standing still animation gliding around until you let go of the mouse button or start any other animation.
Came here to report this bug as well. Just want to add that the glitch persists up until you stop moving, so whether you hold down right click to move or you spam right click, the standing state will remain until your character fully stops.
