In away yes. Its this way so u dont have the issue like in poe where u cant tell who is who because there name shows up as the characters name.
Doing it this way allows for people to recognize players from there account name. Its the biggest reason i dont want this to change. Yes in poe u can click the name and see whos account it is. This just removes that and u can tell just from reading chat.
Imo this way is better than how its done in poe.
