https://imgur.com/a/jsaWsxS - I died to Pontifex Aurelius’ ground AoE because I’m terrible at video games, but I died after I killed him. When I respawned, I ran back up into his room and he spawned again, so I got two sets of loot.
This isn’t a big deal or anything right now (and it was a great chance to get better at staying out of the fire), but if there’s like high end bosses with rare/expensive drops in the future it might be bad.
