Accidental swapping gear when stash or vendor open

So when the Stash or the Vendor screens are open, you have to press “shift+ R click” to sell or transfer items from your inventory. However, I have unknowingly swapped an item in my inventory with a crafted item my character was wearing. This resulted in me accidentally selling my crafted item. I understand this is my own doing, by fat fingering wrong keys and not paying closer attention. I was able to catch my mistake and use the buyback feature on the vendor to retrieve my item back. If I had not noticed the mistake, the item would have rotated off the vendor screen on my next selling visit. Then the item would have been gone. Hopefully, I’m not the only one who has done this.

Imagine, you’ve been grinding arenas trying to push your character to a new wave level. You are on the 5 wave break of a several hundred wave run. You pick up all the loot and noticed your inventory is full. So, you head to the vendor and quickly sell off your bountiful booty. However, you did not notice you accidentally swapped a ring that had two protections on it. Unfortunately those were two of the protections that could have helped you reach the next 5 wave break and beat your last wave record. Without that ring, you were unable to make it to that next level.
I know this example may seem a little harsh, but it is very plausible and could happen to anyone.

I would like to make a recommendation to help others not go through this hassle.

When the Stash or Vendor windows are open. Lock the items the character is wearing or disable the “right-click” equip item feature. This would stop the accidental swapping items from your inventory and possibly selling a needed crafted item. If the player did have either the Stash or Vendor window open and wanted to equip an item, the player would have to manually drag the item into the appropriate slot on the character.

This is just a small quality of life adjustment, but it could save a lot of headaches for players in the future.

Just spit ballin’

This is actually a good and simple idea to prevent this. Right click swap in inventory/ locking right click swap while stash or at least vendor is open. So far it didn’t happen to me, but i know what you mean and those small things can be very annoying.
