Abyssal Summon Shadow Skeleton Mage Summoner how do i use it?

I bought this in the shp and now i’m trying to figure out how to use it? Any help? What build is it good for? Arcane?

You open your Cosmetics window (K) and select the little box to the bottom left of the skill, then select your preference.

I see it, but it won’t let me spawn it at all.

You need to have an Acolyte. Apparently you have a Mage. Skellie Mage is a Necro skill.

Well that’s dumb. why call it a mage if it’s for a necro ?

Because the skill summons a Skeleton Mage which is a Necro skill, the Mage doesn’t have any summoning/minion skills. The nomenclature is MTX name Skill Name, hence Abyssal Shadow Summon Skeleton Mage.

I couldn’t imagine anyone building around an MTX and not the other way around, but here we are.
