is that possible only with Weaver Will or also with Legendary Potential
Legendary affixes on equipped Weaver’s Will weapons have 50% increased effect
It is literally Weaver weapons only, not regular(or primordial) unique weapons with affixes slammed into it

It is only Weaver’s Will Weapons. It is a very specific range of items, but for builds that can really utilize them it is very impactful.
I think two of the best weapons for this are Essence Reaver and Orb Weaver and Orb Weaver’s Fang because they both directly scale with affixes on the weapon itself. So once you have them with exactly the affixes you want, the set bonus really elevates them further.
