I was trying to complete the quest “A Study In Time” however, upon going back to the Ruined Era to the Ruins of Welryn to gain entry to the Ruined College there was no entrance. I double checked the patch notes and there was no mention of a change to this quest.
This was a new character created after patch 0.8.4.
The character is level 46, and I saw I had an uncompleted quest and went to complete it.
By no entrance, do you mean that there’s no transition into the Ruined College zone?
