A Study In Time Quest - still bugged for me

I have completed the quests to get the key from Ansella, etc., still the College door will not open for me so I cannot investigate. Also, I’ve marked this quest as “Stop Tracking” and on log-in it still shows as tracking. Thanks for all your diligent work!

Just to be clear that you’re attempting the quest correctly:

Quest Spoilers
Step 1
  1. Pick up the quest from Ansella at the Outcaast Camp
Step 2
  1. In the IMPERIAL ERA, go to the Great College at Imperial Welryn, open the door and enter.
Step 3
  1. Get rebuffed by the Imperial at the second door in the Great College – won’t let you in without a crest.
Step 4
  1. Go to the RUINED ERA where the Ruined College’s door is now opened (since you opened it in the “past”). Clear the college and find a crest.
Step 5
  1. Bring the crest back to the IMPERIAL ERA Great College and finish the quest.
