That quest is shown as ‘completed’ in the Global Map window (M key). But its diamond symbol is still on the Imperial era button and the Imperial Welryn waypoint. So is the Immoratl Empire quest
Known issue, relogging fixes it. This is with most quests not updating on the map properly.
