So it’s been a hot second since I played seriously, did they ever cap the amount of damage over time effects (poison, burn, bleed, etc.) that could exist on an enemy at once? Or is my necromancer still applying around 50 stacks of poison per second and they just aren’t doing damage anymore?
is it safe to assume the star means it has no stack cap?
