A few different bugs:

invisible walls in the dungeons. This doesn’t need explanation, it’s been around for a while. There are impassable invisible walls (some you can bypass by switching timeline, some you can’t). There are many reports of dungeon keys getting bricked from this.

in monoliths (have seen this today in multiple different empowered monoliths) – every few echos, random trash mobs will become temporarily 100% invulnerable. It’s not an affix – it has happened in echos with no defensive modifiers for the enemy (other than more health from the corruption). I am at a corruption level in this current monolith where I am 1-2-shotting everything. Some enemies will instantly get hit to some random amount of HP (sometimes 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, it seems random), and then stop taking any damage whatsoever for what feels like 10-15 seconds? For context, I am one-shotting bosses here, and there will be some small mob that will all of a sudden be able to bear the force of 1,000 beasts and take 15 seconds of hits from 16 flame wraiths and have actually-zero movement on their HP bar. Then all of a sudden they will insta-die, once the glitch subsides. I haven’t noticed this before today.

There are many places in various echo maps where you cannot place abilities. Sometimes it’s on a bridge, sometimes it’s just in the middle of a completely normal hallway – the point being that these aren’t areas you aren’t supposed to be. It happens in the middle of a map. You can cast, say, flame wraith, and the animation will go, the mana will spend, and nothing will appear. Same for other abilities like Drain Life, on those areas. You can still do things like Transplant to those same locations.
