2X Storm Totem with Tempest Strike

If I have Storm Totem from Shaman tree

And use Tempest Strike with Storm’s Aid node

I have 2 different results

  1. If Totem was proced by Tempest Strike’s node I can summon another Totem and have 2 totems at the same time

  1. If I summon totem and than proc Tempest Strike’s node my Shaman’s Totem gone

I think it’s unfair

And not similar behaviour to the other “summon totem on kill/etc” which can summon multiple totems.
