I’ve played from ~ 9PM CET 23.03 to 24.03 3AM CET.
I’ve lost a number of Levels, I think around 6 to 8 and at least one full stash tab of uniques and exalted gear. Since the logfile is around 60 MB, I uploaded it.

Well, i’ve felt kind of upset and very frustated for that loss, which includes 30 trys on Lagon.
Anyway, I’ve already progressed to Timeline 80 and would like to have a compensation for the lost progress and rewards.

Update: We wanted to update players on an issue that happened around 3am CST. We got confirmation from our server host that there was a critical hardware failure in the Frankfurt region that caused a number of rollbacks and data loss. We do apologize for the headache, and are working with the provider to ensure that the problem can be resolved and prevented in the future.
