Idols

The main affix on idols you want is % chance to summon thorn totem on hit so you can get mana back. After that all added spell damage is good.

Mana goes out very quickly, it is not possible to play, how to fix it?

This build took advantage of a short lived dream where thorn totems on death procd lots of Mana. Its no longer viable as seen on the tube
