I have a level 82 Primalist → Druid, specializing in werebear form.
I have recently obtained a +2 to Werebear form helmet. When placing the helmet on, I’ve encountered a few issues.
The skill is base level 20, points all assigned. I put on the helmet and it says Level 20, +2 points to assign.
If I asign the points, they do not actually go into effect. There’s a point node which gives +6% Endurance, and putting the extra points in there does not reflect on my character’s defensive sheet.
Even after applying the 2 points, sometimes it shows that my character still is level 20 in that skill.
Sometimes it shows level 22 in that skill, but the points are not being applied.
After messing around with trying to get the skill to work properly, I ultimately ended up with -6% Endurance from where I started (1 point initially in the skill)- making the entire skill rendered “bugged” and applying as though it has 0 points.
