This is my understanding as well. Although they have also said they reserve the right to wipe it if something unsurmountable arises that necessitates it, but they aren’t anticipating this happening.
Yes, if the shit well & truely hits the fan in a suitably biblical/apocalyptic manner then they’ll do a wipe.
