First off, overall ‘kudos’ to the update. New content has been what’s missing for the game, broadening the available things to do and hence taking away one of the biggest issues for long-term play of the game, namely ‘repetiveness’.
It’s not perfect yet but on a good road.

The same going for the graphical updates, it looks utterly crisp compared to before, really nice.

The Woven Echoes are a great new implementation and something I hope will be expanded on, especially in terms of crafting options. Transmuting Attributes is a great thing, using set-shards as well and the 3-1 exchanges and weaver influenced idols are fantastic. That’s exactly what the game needs to turn away from the core-issues of itemization, allowing to alleviate the feeling of ‘RNG starvation’ which sets in relatively early in the game.
Also ‘not fully there’ yet but a fantastic direction as well.

Some bugs are still existing obviously, those are annoying to say the least but expected. I hope EHG will stay behind it and fix them before 1.3 unlike the usual route it goes. Bugfixing is post-release focus and should be done in a timely manner. That’s something PoE 2 is better at… and PoE 2 is currently worse in nearly everything, but that’s one of GGG’s massive strength… speed of reaction. In contrary a very big weakness of EHG, so I’m hoping this changes substantially as it affects the overall view of the game. Is it worth to wait or just to quit and come back next time to experience different bugs and then quit? Because when those generally get fixed in a timely manner I as a player are also vastly more willing to keep looking at the game and come back rather then just putting it to the side.

One major issue I’ve found though is MG related - again… :face_exhaling: it’s getting utterly exhausting to run against a wall with those things - and that’s where are the champion affixes in the list? How am I supposed to sell or buy those items when I can’t even properly find them?
That’s a majhor point which I hope EHG finally gets their asses up to properly handle. It’s a disaster, has been with idols (Which seems to be fixed) and now with champion affixes overall.
It can’t be that hard to implement those things into the system… and if it’s that hard then the system needs to be re-thought on how the handling there is, because that is a thing which is simply unacceptable no matter how someone twists and turns it. Once is a oversight, repeated happenings is taking the piss.
Especially since the activity in MG - at least in Legacy - is already awful. T6 reduced crit on eternal gloves as example? Bricked one 151d ago, one 22d ago, 139d, 303d, 3d, 160d, 61d, 386d, 319d, 345d 337d, 111d and so on… basically nearly everythign listed is from ‘abandoned’ pieces, just left there to exist. Awful state.

As for woven echoes directly? Interesting! Many of them. What I can say about ‘The Fading Brink’ though is that it’s utterly horrendous. Without a extremely tanky character that’s beyond most things available every single shot is a 1-shot. Who got the idea that a 8k non-crit hit with a common attack form those Harbingers would be ‘ok’? You gotta play perfect to deal with it or have a completely broken character!
Especially when the goal is to lower the top-end of while simultaneously raising the lower end which does already badly (and there’s a good amount of those existing) it’s just baffling to see balancing like this to happen. That single map is harder then ‘The Feared’ in PoE 1 despite being far less chaotic, simply because there’s multiple bosses one after another while each of them is one utter damage-sponge combined with multiple thanos-snap attacks left and right. Atrocious experience plainly spoken.

As for the weaver faction… well… the baseline progression is ‘fine’ I would say, a bit lackluster but working. The weaver tree though? Amazing!
One annoyance there: For one of my characters the woven echo notables are bugged, I can’t put the echoes inside… only on one character though, so something’s going on at the code there.

Overall early feedback? It’s good. A decent direction which the game is going towards. Sadly counteracted by MG issues - once more - but otherwise great.

Oh, good to know! Now… why should we search for the name of em rather then the effects?

What does ‘Mirage’ or ‘Venemous’ do exactly? I mean, Venomous is poison/multishot hybrid, I know that from my item… but still majorly dropped the ball.
Would love for MG to have a proper implementation once at least, with the tax a partial fix was finally implemented finally, kudos, finally!
But then that…
