For this cycle I decided to change up which hero I used, instead of acolyte I ran void knight, specifically the VOID SPELL version. This spec is severely lacking. Here some ways to improve it for the rework that I think this class will get along side forge guard.
Sentinel
Corrupted Idol: 10 Points, lowest path: + 1 intellect per level. 5 Bonus: +2 HP per point, 10 Bonus: Your void spell damage scales with intellect instead of attunement or Vitality
Void Knight Passives
Void Will: time rot can be stacked infinitly
Void Touch: You gain ward 1 ward per, 2 of mana replenished by void smite**[ tier 1.]**
Void Blast: Void Smite gains a chance to afflict time rot [1% per 1 intelligence] **[tier 2]**
Void Leach: 1% of time rot damage, is leached to health **[tier 2]**
Void Potion: Pots grant you %toInflictTimeRot, loose ability to heal from them. Lasts 20s
Void Overload: at 10 stacks of time rot on you, you create a void wave [spell damage]
Void Step: Using void potion, grants 5 stacks of void aegis.

Spell rot: + 15 base spell void, while wielding a wand [doubled with 2handed] [tier 4]
Void Step: +20% spell cast recovery, if standing on a void fissure
Fissure: [from smite[ is fully converted to void, and deals time rot over fire [tier 5]
New Skill Nodes
Smite: Void puddles: If void step is selected: Heal 3% of max health on puddle
Void Missiles: smite becomes [frost claw], but deals void, similar tree.
Warpath: Void tree: Warpath becomes an aura like aura of decay. Applies time rot [1% per intellect] scales with spell damage, and area [is considered a hit]. Warpath can trigger void missiles with 1% per hit [max 5%]
Devouring Orb: Path of Orobos: Orb now is cast along side smite, and circles in a spiral from point where it was cast, max 5 orbs can be summoned at once.
Insatiable Hunger: You gain 1% movement speed per orb globally while its spawned.
Volatile Reversal:
Warded Void: No longer takes you back in time, instead causes large wave of void, 10% of
damage dealt is absorbed as ward.
Abyssal Echos: [void wave]: Deals 300 base void + 1 base void per stacks of time rot consumed at 200% effectiveness. [other nodes do not work]
The New Play Style
New Void mage focuses on stacking large amounts of time rot stacks with void smite / miss and devouring orb, warpath, then nuking those stacks with void wave. In some ways this makes it similar to sorc, but still make it feel unique.
New Uniques
Hand of Calamity: Your void spells have a 1% chance to afflict you with time rot. [2H staff]
Hand of Ruin: Your void spells have +10% void shred [wand]
