They have over 100 devs now and all are working remotely not on 1 shift so there is some hope.

still cant play… yesterday i was in character screen and couldnt get in the gam… today im stuck in login screen and cant even get to character screen…

As much as i want to play and am really enjoying it so far. Shit like this happens and i wholly appreciate them being transparent and honest about what’s going on. Nothing more you can do than wait for them to get it under control and hopefully stabilise it so everyone can enjoy the game.

It’s not like you had 5 years of early access and enough time to plan ahead. Servers not very well working immediately on release is understandable, but servers completely dead 17h after release… yikes

If you buy ticket to see a concert and the show is delayed 7 hours, do you not complain? If you order at a restaurant and receive your dish 5 hours later, are you not dissatisfied?
We are doing something else, it’s called voicing our concern about something we paid for and receiving poor service.

The fact that they said things are getting “stable” after hours of online not working without them rly doing anything is so stupid just ppl were tired of trying and either stopped or just went offline mode thus unloading the online to somehow work ofc this shit wont work when ppl start trying again, you need bigger server capacity for west even if its only temporary otherwise ppl just wont bother trying to play this game
